I was MUCH better at keeping track of my runs this month...another goal accomplished!

Considering I took an entire week off of training and still exceeded my January miles, I'm pretty happy with my progress! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I will stay healthy this month and will continue to improve in my form and distance. There's a little more than a month to go until the half and I'm starting to get really excited about it (& maybe a little anxious)!
